Three Swedish sisters—Flicka, Ricka, and Dicka—eagerly await winter so they can skate on the frozen pond near their home. When new skates finally arrive, the girls discover that learning to glide gracefully across the ice is trickier than expected. Through determination, practice, and sisterly support, they master their new skates and enjoy the simple pleasures of winter play. A charming tale celebrating friendship, perseverance, and the joy of outdoor adventures.
