Where is my order?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–6. Your shipping confirmation has the tracking link. If it's been longer than a week, send us the order number.
How does Buy 2, Get 1 work?
Add any three books and the lowest-priced one is half off at checkout. No code needed. It applies again for each set of three.
Can I return a book?
Yes, within 30 days if it's unread. Email us and we'll send a return label. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Do you ship outside the country?
Yes. Choose your country at checkout to see rates and delivery times. Duties are collected by your carrier on arrival.
Do you take bulk or school orders?
We do, for schools, congregations and reading groups. Tell us the titles and quantities and we'll quote a price, usually within a day.
Can you hold a book for pickup?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll hold it at the counter for seven days. We'll email you when it's ready.
